Vneer believes that its customers should be fully satisfied with its products. If so, for any reason if a customer wishes to exchange a product, they may do so within a 14 day span. The criteria for the refund to be eligible is as follows:

1. The product should be in its original packaging.

2. The product should be in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

3. The customer will have to send us proof of the undershirt being faulty or having any flaw.

 

Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If it matches the eligibility criteria and is approved, then your exchange shall be processed and you will receive the new product in a matter of days.
